Tronox reports negative $5.76 million of EBITDA for November

Pittsburgh, Dec. 17 - Tronox Inc. reported negative $5.76 million of EBITDA for November, declining from $12.76 million of EBITDA posted for October, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company posted a $13.78 million November net loss, compared with a $4.85 million October net profit.

Tronox recorded $2.62 million in interest and debt expense for November, up from $2.55 million at the end of October.

Meanwhile, the company posted $19.24 million in restructuring and reorganization items for November, up from $4.19 million at Oct. 31.

Tronox, an Oklahoma City-based producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigment, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 12, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10156.
