Tronox gets extension of loan waiver

New York, Dec. 23 - Tronox Inc. extended the waiver under its credit facility that covers non-compliance with the total leverage and consolidated interest coverage ratios at Sept. 30, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The extension was obtained on Dec. 19 and is in effect through Jan. 9.

Lehman is the administrative agent on the deal.

Tronox is an Oklahoma City-based producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigment.
