S&P: TriZetto view negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on TriZetto Group Inc. to negative from stable and affirmed the B corporate credit rating on the company.

The outlook revision reflects weak operating performance in recent quarters, which has elevated adjusted leverage to above 9x, the agency said.
