Triton Aviation liquidating trust dissolved and terminated

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 30 – Triton Aviation Finance Liquidating Trust was dissolved and terminated on Dec. 27, according to a news release.

The trust was dissolved in line with the terms of its plan of resolution dated Nov. 17, 2017, its liquidating trust agreement dated Dec. 19, 2017, the notice of extension of the termination date, dated Dec. 17, 2018, and the extension notice dated Dec. 17.

On the termination date, all remaining cash assets of the liquidating trust were conveyed to trustee Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas for pro rata distribution to the beneficial holders of the class A-1 notes under the trust indenture, dated June 22, 2000.

Triton is a San Francisco-based statutory trust.
