Triton Aviation gets needed consents to amend six subclass note series

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 30 - Triton Aviation Finance said it obtained the needed consents to amend its subclass A-1 notes, subclass B-1 notes, subclass B-2 notes, subclass C-1 notes, subclass C-2 notes and subclass D-1 notes.

The consent solicitation expired at 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 27.

The company received consents from holders of 63.3% of the outstanding principal balance of the notes, voting as a single class, according to a press release.

As a result the company said it entered into a supplemental indenture to the notes, and the proposed amendments are now effective.
