Cingular calls Tritel 10 3/8%, TeleCorp 10 5/8% notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 8 - Cingular Wireless LLC said it will redeem Tritel PCS Inc.'s 10 3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2011 and TeleCorp Wireless Inc.'s 10 5/8% senior subordinated notes due 2010 in connection with Cingular's acquisition of AT&T Wireless Services Inc. and these subsidiaries.

The Tritel notes will be redeemed on Nov. 24 and the TeleCorp notes on July 15, 2005.

Cingular Wireless is an Atlanta-based wireless carrier.
