Gamco sells shares of Triple Crown Media

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 4 - A group of Triple Crown Media, Inc. shareholders led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 56,553 shares of the company's stock between Dec. 17 and Feb. 3.

The shares were priced from $0.0018 to $0.0030 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco beneficially owns 618,076 shares, or 11.05%, of the Lawrenceville, Ga., newspaper publisher's outstanding stock.
