Trio Merger completes $100,000 private placement of promissory note

Crescendo purchases notes which convert to 200,000 warrants at $0.50

Knoxville, Tenn., June 7 - Trio Merger Corp. sold a $100,000 unsecured promissory note to Crescendo Advisors II, LLC on June 4, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note may be converted to 200,000 warrants at $0.50 per warrant.

The Sunnyvale, Calif., company is working on a unified search engine for mobile applications for smart phones.
