Trinity River Authority, Texas, to price $65 million bonds

Springdale, Ark., July 29 - The Trinity River Authority of Texas Central Regional Wastewater System intends to price $65 million revenue refunding bonds, a source said Tuesday.

The pricing date has not been set for the series 2008 bonds (Aa3).

Proceeds will be used to fund several wastewater treatment projects under the system's five-year capital improvement plan, including studies, engineering designs and construction.
