TriMas investor Tinicum acquires 224,997 shares, ups stake to 5.6%

Chicago, July 21 - TriMas Corp. investors led by Tinicum Capital Partners II, LP bought 224,997 of the company's shares between June 2 and July 18, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prices for the shares ranged from $5.72 to $8.31.

The investors beneficially own 1,871,600 shares, or 5.6%, of the Bloomfield Hills, Mich., manufacturer of engineered products.
