Trico $2.3 million sale of Oak River, Roe River vessels approved

Pittsburgh, Feb. 24 - Trico Marine Services, Inc. received court approval of the $2.3 million sale of its Oak River and Roe River vessels to Coastland Energy Logistics Ltd., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, Coastland will pay $1.25 million for the Roe River and $1.05 million for the Oak River.

Trico, a marine services company based in the Woodlands, Texas, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 25. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-12653.
