Trico Marine Services unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 8 - Trico Marine Services, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members include James R. Lewis of indenture trustee Wells Fargo Bank NA of New York; Frank E. Williams Jr. of Merrifield, Va.; Joseph S. Compofelice of the Woodlands, Texas; Kevin Hanratty of Astoundry Inc. of Houston; and Rob Sanders of Discovery Group, Inc. of Gretna, La.
Trico, a marine services company based in the Woodlands, Texas, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 25. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-12653.
