Tributary's Mullen no longer manages Short-Intermediate, Income funds

Minneapolis, April 2 - Tributary Funds, Inc. announced that Mary Anne Mullen is no longer the portfolio manager of the Tributary Short-Intermediate Fund and the Tributary Income Fund.

Ronald Horner and Travis Nordstrom continue to manage the funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund's investment adviser is Omaha-based Tributary Capital Management, LLC.
