Tribune disclosure statement hearing switched to status conference

Pittsburgh, March 27 - Tribune Co.'s March 30 hearing on its supplemental disclosure statement has been changed to a telephonic status conference only, according to a March 27 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing on solicitation procedures and approval of the supplemental disclosure statement have been rescheduled to a date to be determined.

Tribune, a Chicago-based media company, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 8, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13141.
