Triangle Capital's 6.375% senior notes due 2022 admitted to NYSE

Minneapolis, Oct. 23 - Triangle Capital Corp.'s 6.375% senior notes due 2022 have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The notes trade under the symbol "TCCA."

The company sold $70 million of the notes on Oct. 16.

Joint bookrunners are Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc., Raymond James & Associates Inc., BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Stern Agee & Leech.
