Triad Guaranty buys back remaining $35 million of 7.9% notes due 2028

Madison, Wis., July 20 - Triad Guaranty Inc. repurchased and retired its remaining $35 million of outstanding 7.9% notes due Jan. 15, 2028 during the period July 15 through July 19, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Triad purchased the notes for $4.9 million.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas was the trustee for the notes.

Triad is a Winston-Salem, N.C., private mortgage insurance company.
