Travelers to redeem 6.25% junior subordinated debentures due 2067

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Travelers Cos., Inc. plans to redeem its $106,899,000 of 6.25% fixed-to-floating junior subordinated debentures due 2067, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on June 2 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Travelers is a New York-based holding company for auto, home and business property casualty insurance companies.
