Moody’s: Travel Leaders unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Travel Leaders Group, LLC's recently announced plans to launch an add-on to its term loan facility, the proceeds of which will be used to finance acquisitions, is a credit-negative as this elevates risk associated with a more aggressive strategic growth policy.

However, this transaction will not result in changes to the company's B2 corporate family rating, any of its debt instrument ratings or its stable outlook.
