TransWestern Publishing to get new credit facility to fund tender offer

New York, Feb. 3 - TransWestern Publishing Co. LLC plans on getting a new senior secured credit facility to finance the tender offer of its $215 million series F 9 5/8% senior subordinated notes, according to a company news release.

The company declined to comment any further on the bank financing.

TransWestern is a San Diego telephone directory publisher.
