Key Equity Investors reports slight increase in stake to 9.1% in TransNet

Philadelphia, Jan. 2 - Key Equity Investors, Inc. reported an investment of 9.1% in TransNet Corp. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 440,350 shares.

Those holdings are slightly up from the passive stake of 8.6%, or 413,200 that Key Equity reported owning on Dec. 31, 2007, according to an SC 13G filing.

On Dec. 29, 2006, Key Equity reported a passive stake of 8.7%, or 420,000 shares, according to another SC 13/G filing.

On Dec. 30, 2005, the company reported a passive stake of 7.2%, or 348,000 shares, according to an SC 13G/A filing. The company first reported owning a passive stake of 5.2%, or 249,000 shares on Aug. 31, 2005, according to an SC 13G filing.

TransNet is a Somerville, N.J., company that provides information technology products and solutions.
