Transmontaigne to start roadshow Wednesday for $200 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 14 - The roadshow starts Wednesday for Transmontaigne, Inc.'s offering of $200 million senior subordinated notes due 2010, according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price on May 28, the source added.

UBS Warburg is the bookrunner. Wachovia Securities, Inc., BNP Paribas and SG Cowen are co-managers.

The notes will be callable with a make-whole call for the first four years, then at a premium.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company's existing term loan.

Transmontaigne provides terminaling, transportation, storage, supply, distribution, marketing and supply management to refiners, wholesalers, distributors, marketers and end users of petroleum products, with principal offices in Atlanta and Denver.
