HBK Investments reports 5.3% passive stake in Transforma Acquisition Group

Philadelphia, Oct. 24 - HBK Investments LP reported a 5.3% investment in Transforma Acquisition Group Inc. as of Oct. 15, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive stake represents 832,500 shares.

Transforma is New York, N.Y., company that acquires assets or control of businesses in the telecommunications, technology and media industries.
