TransDigm to price $75 million add-on during week of May 27

St. Louis, Mo., May 24 - TransDigm Inc. plans to price a $75 million add-on to its 10 3/8% senior subordinated notes due Dec. 1, 2008 (B3/existing: B-) during the week of May 27, according to a syndicate source.

Joint bookrunners will be Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse First Boston.

The bonds are callable on Dec. 1, 2003 at 105.188, with the call price declining to 103.458 in 2004 and to 101.729 in 2005.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A deal will be used to repay a portion of outstanding term loans under its credit facility.

The company is an aerospace industry supplier based in Richmond Heights, Ohio.
