New Issue: Tradition Community Development, Fla., prices $53.17 million of bonds

New York, April 10 - The Tradition Community Development District No. 1 of Port St. Lucie, Fla., sold $53.17 million of series 2014 special assessment refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through senior manager RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2035 with 2% to 4.5% coupons and 0.65% to 4.63% yields.

Proceeds will refund existing debt.
