TRAC Intermodal gets $74 million additional revolving commitments

Madison, Wis., Dec. 12 – TRAC Intermodal LLC subsidiary Interpool, Inc., d/b/a TRAC Intermodal, obtained additional revolving commitments under its credit agreement from three existing lenders in the aggregate amount of $74 million.

The company entered into an incremental facility amendment to its existing asset-backed credit agreement dated Aug. 9, 2012 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent on Dec. 10, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the amendment, the company obtained incremental revolving commitments of $27.75 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank, $27.75 million from Bank of America, NA and $18.5 million from Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch.

The total amount of revolving commitments under the credit agreement is now $1.25 billion.

TRAC is a Princeton, N.J.-based provider of marine and domestic chassis.
