Toyota Industries plans U.S., Europe, Asia roadshow for benchmark dollar-denominated notes

Tupelo, Miss., March 1 – Toyota Industries Corp. (A1/AA-) plans to hold a roadshow in the United States, Europe and Asia for a benchmark dollar-denominated bond offering, according to a market source.

The roadshow will start on Monday.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Nomura Securities International, Inc. and SMBC Securities America, Inc. are the arrangers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

Toyota Industries is a Japanese machine maker based in Kariya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
