Former Townsends’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by court

Olympia, Wash., March 21 – TW Liquidation Corp., formerly Townsends, Inc., had its Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Wednesday, according to an order.

TW Liquidation was a Georgetown, Del.-based poultry processor that filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Dec. 19, 2010 under case number 10-14092. The case was converted on Oct. 13, 2011.
