ACI Worldwide talks $300 million seven-year notes to yield 6¼%-6½%; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., Aug. 15 - ACI Worldwide, Inc. talked its $300 million offering of seven-year senior notes (B2/BB-) to yield 6¼% to 6½%, according to a syndicate source.

Books close at 2 p.m. ET Thursday, and the deal is set to price thereafter.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the left bookrunner. BofA Merrill Lynch is the joint bookrunner.

Fifth Third Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., PNC Capital Markets, RBS Securities Inc., Regions, Santander, TD Securities and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

The Naples, Fla.-based provider of payment systems plans to use the proceeds to repay its credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
