ACI Worldwide to price $300 million seven-year notes this week

Portland, Ore., Aug. 12 - ACI Worldwide, Inc. plans to price a $300 million offering of seven-year senior notes (expected ratings B2/BB-) late this week, according to a syndicate source.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the left bookrunner. BofA Merrill Lynch is the joint bookrunner.
Fifth Third, HSBC, PNC Capital Markets, RBS Securities Inc., Regions, Santander, TD Securities and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the co-managers.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.
The Naples, Fla.-based provider of payment systems plans to use the proceeds to repay its credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
