DBRS reviews Toromont

DBRS said it placed the BBB senior debentures rating of Toromont Industries Ltd. under review with developing implications, following the company's plans to spin off the majority of its compression business to shareholders.

The review reflects uncertainty regarding the ultimate capital structure of the company, DBRS noted.
