New Issue: UBS prices $4.21 million capped leveraged buffered basket-linked notes on index basket

Columbus, Ohio, April 23 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4.21 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered basket-linked notes due June 22, 2026 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 36% weight, the Topix index with a 26% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 17% weight, the Swiss Market index with an 12% weight and the S&P/ASX 200 index with an 9% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of any basket gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,446.25 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 17.5% and will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
