New Issue: Topeka Public Building Commission, Kan., sells $55.87 million of bonds

New York, Nov. 5 - The Topeka Public Building Commission of Kansas sold $55.87 million of series 2013 leasehold revenue bonds for the KBI Forensic Laboratory project, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA/) were sold competitively with BofA Merrill Lynch as the winning bidder at a 3.778239% true interest cost.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with 0.55% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip and acquire a Kansas Bureau of Investigation laboratory on the Washburn University campus.
