Toll Brothers calls all $287.5 million 0.5% exchangeables due 2032

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 15 – Toll Brothers, Inc. subsidiary Toll Brothers Finance Corp. delivered a notice of redemption on Tuesday to holders of its outstanding 0.5% exchangeable senior notes due 2032, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuer will redeem all $287.5 million of outstanding notes on Sept. 15 at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Horsham, Pa.-based Toll Brothers is a residential home builder.
