Tohopekaliga Water Authority, Fla., to price $99.58 million bonds

New York, Nov. 5 - The Tohopekaliga Water Authority of Florida is expected to bring to market $99.58 million of series 2010A utility system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with First Southwest Co. as the senior manager.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 2007 bonds, as well as to terminate a swap agreement connected to those bonds.

Based in Kissimmee, Fla., the authority provides water, wastewater and water reclamation services to Osceola County, Fla.
