S&P rates Tobacco Settlement Financing, N.Y., bonds AA-
Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating and stable outlook to the New York State Tobacco Settlement Financing Corp.'s $450 million of series 2008A and 2008B asset-backed revenue bonds (state contingency contract secured).
S&P also said it affirmed the AA- unenhanced rating on the corporation's outstanding asset-backed revenue (state contingency contract secured) bonds.
The outlook is stable.
