New York, April 28 - TNR Gold Corp. has settled a C$1.52 million non-brokered private placement.
The company issued 7.6 million units of one share and one half-share warrant.
Each full warrant is exercisable at C$0.24 for the first year and at C$0.27 for the second year.
TNR is a Vancouver, B.C.-based base and precious metals exploration company.
