Joffe buys more shares of TLC Vision

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 21 - TLC Vision Corp. shareholder Stephen N. Joffe bought 150,700 shares of the company's stock between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28 priced from $2.21 to $2.33 per share.

Joffe beneficially owns 2,502,504 shares, or 5.0%, of TLC Vision.

The investor recently offered to join TLC Vision as executive chairman or chief executive officer.

The St. Louis-based eye care services company declined Joffe's offer.
