New Issue: Tishman Speyer completes $425 million green bond offering

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 5 – Tishman Speyer announced the successful completion of a $425 million green bond offering, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Bank of America, NA was the underwriter for the offering. BofA commissioned Sustainalytics US, Inc. as the green assessor for the CMBS issuance.

Proceeds were used to refinance The JACX, Tishman Speyer’s recently-completed office development in Long Island City, Queens.
