Time Warner Telecom files shelf

Washington, March 17 - Time Warner Telecom Inc. filed for a shelf for an unspecified dollar amount in an S3-ASR registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shelf includes class A and class B common stock, preferred stock, debt securities and warrants. Securities may be issued in the form of convertibles.

The Littleton, Colo.-based telecommunications company said proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes.
