New Issue: Tift County Hospital Authority, Ga., sells $83.79 million certificates

New York, Jan. 8 - The Tift County Hospital Authority of Georgia sold $83,785,000 of series 2013 revenue anticipation certificates, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through senior managers Raymond James/Morgan Keegan and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2038 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 1% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 110.927, and the 2042 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to make additions and extensions to the authority's hospital facilities, as well as to refund its series 2002 bonds and repay a bank loan.
