Thompson Hine elects Nazette to its partnership, effective Jan. 1

Minneapolis, Dec. 12 - Thompson Hine LLP elected Adam Nazette to the firm's partnership effective Jan. 1, 2012, according to a press release.

Nazette focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions, primarily representing banks and other financial institutions as well as public and private companies in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, the company said.

He has experience in cross-border transactions, multi-currency transactions, acquisition financing transactions, real estate financing transactions, subordinated credit facilities and foreign currency transactions, according to the release.

Thompson Hine is a Cleveland-based business law firm.
