S&P rates Thomas Cooley School, Mich., G.O. bonds BBB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a BBB underlying rating to Michigan Higher Education Facilities Authority's refunding bonds, $50 million of series 2008A due 2012 and $35 million of series 2008B due 2037, issued for Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The outlook is stable.
