Thomas Health System official unsecured creditors committee selected

Pittsburgh, Jan. 29 – Thomas Health System, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by U.S. trustee John P. Fitzgerald III, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

The committee members are co-chairmen Kendra Muraya and Michael Strollo of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.; Chris Signorelli of Security America of Charleston, W.Va.; E. Taylor George of Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority of Charleston, W.Va.; Christopher Corwin of Anthrex, Inc. of Naples, Fla.; Kirk Burkley of Beckman Coulter, Inc. of Brea, Calif.; and Raymond P. Carpenter of Colonial Consulting Group, Inc. of Roswell, Ga.

Thomas Health is a South Charleston, W.Va.-based health care provider. It filed bankruptcy on Jan. 10 under Chapter 11 case number 20-20007.
