THL Credit adds Burke as investments, capital markets senior adviser

Chicago, March 6 – THL Credit, Inc. said that THL Credit Advisors LLC hired Kevin Burke as a senior adviser on investments, capital markets and strategic matters.

Burke was a former senior managing director for loan syndication, sales and trading at Antares Capital, according to an announcement by THL Credit Inc.

Before that, he spent 12 years at GE Capital as a senior managing director overseeing loan sales and trading and loan capital markets. Burke also spent 25 years at Bankers Trust Co./Deutsche Bank in credit, corporate finance, and sales and trading positions. He was a founding member and sales head of Bankers Trust’s loan syndications group. Burke previously was a board member of the loan syndication and trading association and remains on its senior advisory board. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
