THL Credit Wind River 2013-2 CLO seeks consents for 12 note series

Chicago, May 27 – THL Credit Wind River 2013-2 CLO Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2013-2 CLO LLC are soliciting consents for 12 series of notes.

The companies are seeking consents for a majority of the notes for their class A-1 notes, class A-2A notes, class A-2B notes, class A-3 notes, class B-1 notes, class B-2 notes, class C notes, class D notes, class E notes, class F notes, class M notes and subordinated notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
