Thistle Hotels ups price range in tender for 10¾% notes
New York, Jan. 12 - Thistle Hotels Ltd. said it has increased the price range on offer in its tender offer for its £200 million of 10¾% first mortgage debentures due 2014 to £1.00 to £1.14 per £1.00 principal amount from £1.00 to £1.05.
Thistle also said it is extending the expiration date to 5 p.m. GMT Jan. 26. It had previously been extended from Dec. 5.
All other terms remain the same, the London-based hotel company said.
It added that there will be no further revision to the price range.
