New Issue: Think Holdings sells $18 million of preferreds in private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 27 - Think Holdings, SA settled an $18 million private placement of its series B convertible preferred stock on Aug. 24, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 10.8 million preferreds to Ener1, Inc.

Think Holdings is the private owner of Think Global AS, the Norwegian electric car manufacturer.
