U.S. Trustee names five to Things Remembered unsecured creditor group

Pittsburgh, Feb. 20 – Things Remembered, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Feb. 15 by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is comprised of Earl Feeney of Jewelry Concepts, Inc. of Cranston, R.I.; Gerard Guyard of Gravotech Inc. of Duluth, Ga.; Brian Mitteldorf of Chu Kwun Kee Metal Manufactory of Sherman Oaks, Calif.; Julie Minnick Bowden of Brookfield Property REIT, Inc. of Chicago; and Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group, LP, based in Indianapolis.

Things Remembered is a Cleveland-based omnichannel retailer of personalized gifts and merchandise. It filed bankruptcy on Feb. 5 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10234.
