Thames Water (Kemble) to price £250 million fixed-rate notes due 2026

Los Angeles, Nov. 9 – Thames Water (Kemble) Finance plc plans to price £250 million of fixed-rate notes due May 2026, according to a notice.

The notes will be non-callable for life but have a three-month par call prior to maturity.

BNP, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, RBC, Natwest and Santander are the bookrunners.

The water utility is based in Reading, England.
