St. Louis, Mo., Jan. 28 - Azteca Holdings SA de CV priced $150 million senior secured notes due July 15, 2003 (B3/B-) Monday at 99.353, to yield 11%.

The price talk was 10½%-11%.

Bear Stearns & Co. ran the books on the Rule 144A offering.

The offering, structured as bullets, contains a 12-month interest reserve, according to an informed source.
